By purchasing a race entry, participating in events, or using any ANIMUS CUP services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. COMPETITIVE EVENTS

ANIMUS CUP organizes online competitive racing events streamed live online.

All events are skill-based competitions requiring participants to own the required game content, hardware, and internet connection.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By entering an event, participants confirm that:
• They meet the minimum legal age required in their country
• They own the required game and content
• Their information provided during registration is accurate
• They are participating voluntarily

3. EVENT ENTRY

Race entries are limited and secured upon successful payment.

ANIMUS CUP reserves the right to:
• Limit participant numbers
• Refuse entries
• Remove participants violating rules or policies

4. PAYMENTS & PRIZES

Prize amounts and payout structures are listed on each individual event page.

Prize payouts are issued after:
• Official race verification
• Result confirmation
• Review of penalties or incidents if necessary

ANIMUS CUP reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases involving:
• Cheating
• Exploit abuse
• Intentional crashing
• Fraudulent activity
• Rule violations

5. REFUNDS

All purchases are final.

Refunds are only issued if:
• An event is officially cancelled by ANIMUS CUP
• Organizer-side technical failures prevent completion of the event

No refunds are provided for:
• Missed events
• Game crashes
• Internet issues
• Schedule conflicts
• Failure to join the race
• Disqualifications

6. CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY

Participants must:
• Race respectfully
• Avoid intentional collisions
• Avoid exploit abuse or cheating
• Follow event instructions and rulings

ANIMUS CUP reserves the right to remove or ban participants for unsportsmanlike behavior.

7. STREAMING & MEDIA

Participants understand that events may be:
• Streamed live
• Recorded
• Edited into promotional content
• Uploaded to social media platforms

By participating, racers grant ANIMUS CUP permission to use race footage, usernames, and event-related content for promotional purposes.

8. EVENT CHANGES

ANIMUS CUP reserves the right to:
• Modify schedules
• Change tracks or formats
• Adjust settings if necessary for operational reasons

Participants will be informed whenever possible.

ANIMUS CUP is not responsible for:
• Technical issues
• Server instability
• Internet failures
• Hardware/software problems experienced by participants
