RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All ANIMUS CUP race entry purchases are final.

Due to the nature of live competitive events, refunds are not provided after a race entry has been purchased.

By purchasing an entry, participants reserve a limited competition slot within the event grid.

Refunds will only be issued if:
• The event is officially cancelled by ANIMUS CUP
• The race cannot be completed due to organizer-side technical issues

No refunds will be provided for:
• Missed races
• Disconnects
• Game crashes
• Incorrect setup by participants
• Schedule conflicts
• Failure to join the lobby on time
• Penalties or disqualifications resulting from rule violations

ANIMUS CUP reserves the right to remove participants for cheating, intentional crashing, exploit abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct without refund.

By purchasing a race entry, participants agree to all event rules and competition policies.
